About us

Excited charlie

Excitement of new toys!

The KUBE Toy Library is located in Forestfield and services the neighbouring areas of Gumdale and Wattlegrove. Our Toy Library works in a similar manner to a regular book library where each person who wishes to borrow toys has to join the library. We have a range of toys suitable for babies to primary school children (0-6).

Our aim is to provide the children of the community with an ever-changing variety of educational and fun toys and games to enhance their cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in the important first six years of their lives. We are responsive to the individual needs of families and children and work in partnership with them to meet their needs.

We are always getting new fun toys to add to our collection, click here for some of the latest additions or pop into the centre and see our staff for more information.

Why join the Kube Toy Library?

  1. Borrowing toys suited to your child's current development and interests: Encourage your child’s independent and imaginative thinking by allowing them to learn new things or challenge existing skills through exploration with different toys.
  2. Great for the environment: Test run new/different toys and save money and space on unwanted toys.
  3. Save money: Quality toys are expensive and can quickly lose their play value. By borrowing toys, parents can save money and provide new stimulation, development and education for their children every couple of weeks.
  4. Access to a variety of toys: Use of a variety of versatile toys to challenge and excite children through play, so there is no chance of getting bored with the same old toys.
  5. Meeting other families and becoming a part of the community: Add a highlight to your child’s week (visiting the toy library) and meet other parents and families with young children in the community and share experiences.
  6. Teaches children the valuable skill of borrowing and returning.
